“临沂现象”探析

改革开放后尤其1990年代以来,临沂经济规模迅猛增长,经济、社会结构加速转型,城市综合竞争能力迅速提升,成为淮海经济区一个引人注目的“现象”。“临沂现象”的主要特征在于其经济“起飞”和转型的超常规速度,其实质是市场化带动工业化,以专业市场为依托迅速积累了经济“起飞”的必要条件。当然,这一“现象”的背后也隐含着一些不可忽视的矛盾和问题。

Since 1990s, the economic scale of Linyi city has been increasing vigorously, and the economic and social struc tures of it have been changing extensively, and the city＇s overall competition has been promoted with an amazing speed. The changes mentioned above are becoming a spectacular phenomenon＇in ＂Huaihai economic area＂. The remarkable manifestation of the phenomenon is its exceeding speed of ＂taking off＂ and structure changing, and its essence is industrialization impelled by the market-oriented reform. In nature, it＇s an inevitable result of the accumulation of factors for economic ＂taking off＂. Of course, there also exist contradictions that should not be neglected.
