Empirical Analysis on Preferential Development of Vocational Education Specialties in Undeveloped Area ——The Case of Jiangxi Province

职业教育具有鲜明的双重需求主体特征，它既要满足地区经济的发展需求，又要满足社会大众的选择需求。江西省应提炼并努力发展适应“双重需求”的职业教育优先专业，并为此制定切实可行的优先专业发展规划，加强优先专业内涵建设，建立完善的质量监控措施，组建多层次职教集团。

Vocational education has the distinctive features of dual-need subject, because it has to meet the needs of district economic development as well as public＇s choice. Jiangxi province should strive to develop the preferential specialties of vocational education and set up realistic development programs, strengthen connotation construction, establish quality supervision measures, and organize multi-level vocational education group for them.
