摘要 对教师生活史与职业教育学硕士生导师专业发展关系的研究目前还是空白。国内外关于教师生活史、教师专业发展及其之间的关系研究为此提供了很好的基础。这一领域研究与当前职业教育学硕士研究生教育的数量扩充、质量提升、可持续发展及国际化的要求相适应,是职业教育学学科建设及导师知识结构调整的需要。从教师生活史的角度,职业教育学硕士生导师的专业发展体现在学术专业素质和道德人格素质两方面。 Nowadays,the study on the relationship between teachers' life history and professional development of vocational education pedagogy master graduate's mentor is blank,but study on teachers' life history,teachers' professional development and their relationship in China and abroad provide basis for it. Study of this theme adapt to the demand of amount expansion,quality upgrading,sustainable development and internationalization of master graduate education of vocational education pedagogy,which are also the demand of descipline construction of vocational education pedagogy and the adjustment of mentors' knowledge structure. From the perspective of teachers' life history,the professional development of vocational education pedagogy master graduate's metor embody in the two aspects of academic specialty quality and moral personality quality.
