On the Interaction between Higher Vocational Education and Higher Education Massification ——Based on the Perspective of International Comparison

对中外高等教育大众化的比较分析显示，经济发展与高等教育大众化，高等教育大众化与高职教育发展之间存在深刻的互动关系。在有中国特色的高等教育大众化发展进程中，高职教育发展必须健全学制系统，完善法制体系，创新办学体制。

Comparative study on the massification of higher education in China and abroad show that, there exist profound interactive relationship between economic development and massification of higher education, massification of higher education and development of higher vocational education. In the development process of higher education massification of China characteristics, higher vocational education must dispose well with the relationship between inheritance and innovation, further optimize school system, perfect legal system and innovate school-running mechanism.
