摘要
将高分子树脂与燃烧热值高的活性金属粉末锆、镁、钛、铝等按照一定的比例混合,发生聚合反应形成活性金属燃烧剂。研究了高分子树脂对燃烧剂的燃烧性能、安全性能、力学性能的影响,对高分子树脂含量一定的准合金燃烧剂,研究了不同固化工艺对燃烧剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过高分子树脂与主体成分金属的优化设计,可以得到燃烧温度高、燃烧时间长、安全性好、力学性能优异、对目标物有较强燃烧和引燃效果的活性金属燃烧剂。
The active metal incendiary can be made by the way of polymerize reactions between the macromolecule resin and active metal powder, such as zirconium powder, magnesium powder, titanium powder, aluminium powder etc. In this paper, the effects of the macromolecule resin on the combustion properties, security properties, mechanical properties of active metal incendiary has been researched. The effect of different solidifying process on the mechanical properties of the active metal incendiary is also studied. By the means of optimizing design to the component of macromolecule resin and main metal powder, some perfect active incendiaries have been prepared, which have higher burning temperature, longer burning time, good security, excellent mechanical properties and well combustibility to the target.
