摘要
为了避免由于工业上意外爆炸的泄爆而造成二次爆炸和次生火灾,本文对粉尘爆炸泄爆口火焰扑集方式进行研究。通过2.7m3的爆炸泄爆容器的大量试验,得到了两种结构的火焰扑集器,研究了不同爆炸指数粉尘及剩余压力与扑集器结构参数的关系。并通过推算,获得不同容积泄爆容器的火焰扑集器的结构金属以及消焰剂用量,为工业实际应用提供设计参考。
In order to avoid producing the second explosion and fire vented by unexpected dust explosion in industry, the way of quenching of dust explosion venting was exploded. Through the generous explosion testing on the vessel of 2.7m^3, two kinds of quenching structure were obtained. The study showed that the dust with different explosion index had close relationship with the structure parameters of quenching, and the relation between redundant pressure and structure parameters had gained. Through calculating, the metal structure and the amount of quenching powder of quenching based on different volume of venting vessel were acquired. The study can be reference for design in industry application.
