摘要
综述了水代法、压榨法、水酶法等玉米胚芽油的主要提取方法、以及其稳定性和生理功能,指出玉米胚芽油因氧化稳定性强、具有降低胆固醇的作用而具有广阔的市场前景.
The withdrawing methods of corn embryo oil are summarized. The methods consisted of water replacing, squeeezing and water enzymolysis. By its stability and biological function, the characters of the corn embryo oil not only point to the function of reducing the cholesterol, but also have strong oxidizing stability. Therefore, it has broad market prosp ect.
