In the new social strata, most of the freelancers are intellectuals. The writer has scientifically categorized these freelancers, summarized their characteristics, and stated that in order to unify the freelancers, we must accomplish our United Front work with innovations and take the United Front work for freelancers as a new focus in the new century.
