人力资本禀赋与西藏经济跨越式发展

Natural Disposition of Human Capital and the Stride-Forward Development of Tibetan Economy

西藏由于其特殊的自然、社会、文化、历史等背景,经济一直落后于内地其他省市,而且随着改革的进一步深化,地区之间的差距呈越来越大的趋势。虽然国家实施了全国对口援助西藏和西部大开发等政策,对西藏的经济发展产生了一定程度的拉动作用,但西藏跨越式发展的方向和路径在哪里呢?本文借用相关区域发展理论,从人力资本禀赋的角度进行了分析,提出了西藏跨越式发展的对策。

The development of Tibetan economy lags always behind that of other inland areas due to many factors such as its peculiar nature,society,culture and history. The gap of economic development between areas is growing bigger as the reforming deepens. Though our government has carried out a series of policies such the whole nation's aids to Tibet and West Development,which have exerted some effects to Tibetan economy in certain degree,what on earth is the direction and road to Tibetan stride-forward development? This essay proposes some countermeasures about Tibetan stride-forward development from the view of human capital natural disposition by using some relevant region development theories.
