摘要
企业社会责任,作为时代发展和社会进步的产物,体现的不仅是企业主体的态度和行为方式,更是政府和社会主体的态度和行为表达。本文根据目前我国社会环境的特点,吸取西方企业社会责任运动的经验和教训,探讨如何完善企业社会责任外部动力机制,以营造出责任竞争力的社会环境。
As a result of period development and social advancement, enterprises social responsibilities not only reflects the attitude and behavior of enterprise themselves, but also presents the attitude and behavior of government and society. The article explored how to perfect the extra motive mechanism of enterprise social responsibilities to build responsible competitive social environment absorbing experiences and drawing lessons from western enterprise social responsibility movement based on the characters of present Chinese social environment.
