摘要
针对表面活性元素影响钢液吸氮机理进行了研究,并提出了“表面结构模型”。结合Fe-S合金熔体,该模型认为:表面活性元素硫在表面富集,其表面层除了有S、Fe原子以外,还有FeS、FeS2分子存在。结合有关表面活性元素影响钢液吸氮热态实验结果进行了讨论,研究说明了氧。
A “Surface Structure Model” has been proposed for interpretation of the mechanism of nitrogen absorption affected by surface active elements. This model suggests for Fe-S alloy melt that the surface layer with higher sulphur concentration consists of iron, sulphur atoms and FeS, FeS 2 moleculars. The experiment has been carried out with regard to steel nitrogen absorption. The results show that the surface active elements such as oxygen, sulpur have strong retarding effect on the nitrogen absorption rate.
