摘要
利用THERMCMASTOR-Z型热加工模拟试验机研究了控制冷却工艺参数对Si-Mn-Cr钢的显微组织的影响,并在带钢热连轧机上进行了试验,确定了获得铁素体和马氏体的双相组织的最佳生产工艺。生产的双相钢板、其成形性、烘烤硬化性及疲劳性能优良。
Effects of controlled cooling technological parameters on the microstructures of Si-Mn-Cr steel were investigated using THERMECMASTOR-Z simulator and continuous hot strip mill,and the optimum process in obtaining dual-phase microstructure ferrite and martensite were determined. It shows that the dual-phase steelsheet has better formabilities,bake-hadenability and fatigue strength. Deep drawed steel sheets are used as components of the automabile.
