摘要
针对当前我国渔业发展现状,提出吸引和利用外商直接投资(FDI)渔业来实现渔业增长方式的转变。通过分析我国渔业利用外资的现状及存在的问题,从扩大利用外资规模、提高利用外资质量等方面提出了相应对策。
According to the current situation of the development of China fisheries, it proposed attracting and utilizing FDI to achieve the transformation of the way of China fisheries growth. Proposed the solving program about how to enlarge the scale and improve the quality of utilizing FDI through analyzing the situation and questions of utilizing FDI in China fisheries.
