The Design of New Engine Mounting System of Tricycle Vehicle

针对三轮运输车行驶平顺性较差的问题,根据试验样车的结构特点,提出悬浮式发动机悬置系统设计方案,系统介绍了该悬置系统的结构特点,并对发动机悬置系统设计中的几个关键问题进行探讨,试验结果表明所设计的发动机悬置系统具有良好的隔振效果。

Test of ride comfort of agricultural vehicle is done.The influence of engine mounting system and suspension on the ride comfort is discussed. A new concept of engine mounting system of tricycle vehicle are introduced. The key problems of the new engine mounting system design are discussed.The vibration of a tricycle vehicle with new engine mounting system can be substantially reduced,showing that the new engine mounting system has practical application value.The vibration characteristic of tricycle vehicle has been improved.
