This paper investigates and summarizes the relationship between the Third-party Logistics and job satisfaction of the workers in the company based on the previous literatures,and obtains the main factors that affect on job satisfaction in the Third-party Logistics.Finally,this paper offers some policy suggestions on the issue how to improve the levels on the job satisfaction of the Third-party Logistics Company.
