文中以大学新生入学后如何适应大学的学习为出发点,论述了高职院校图书馆开展对新生利用图书馆教育的重要性。为加深新生对图书馆的认识,对学生开展利用图书馆的教育,教会新生学会充分利用图书馆,使他们能较快地掌握打开知识宝库的钥匙,学好专业、丰富知识、了解社会、提升综合素质,成为面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高技能复合型人才。

Based on how to adapt the study, this paper analyzes the characteristic of polytechnic, The necessity and importance of the education on how to make use of library is discussed. The freshman should have the ability to make full use of library according to different learning stages. And the students should have excellent comprehensive quality quickly such as abundant expertise and good understanding of society to become high level skilled front-line people in the service, management, manufacture enterprise, etc.
