The 21st century is a rapid developing society, a competition intense society. Without a doubt, the new century demonstrated new development characteristic which inevitably set higher quality request to the universities and colleges students. The moral education work in the universities and colleges must fully understand the situation, must be realistic when facing all kinds of difficulties, boldly tries on the reforming method, and unceasingly renews our education idea.
