摘要
从作者自身工作体会出发,阐述作为医学期刊编辑应具备宽厚扎实的医学专业知识,以提高策划、审稿、编稿能力;掌握一定的循证医学知识,以提高论文结果的说服力;提高英语应用能力,以提高英文内容的编校水平。并提出培养提高学科专业素质的若干措施。
From the authors＇ own experiences in this field, this paper probes into the capabilities that medical journal editors should possess. They are mastering special knowledge widely and firmly so as to improve the abilities of planning, manuscript review and editing; learning evidence-based medicine to satisfy the readers in the results of the articles; and improving English application skills to improve the English editing level. Several methods of cultivating medical journal editors＇ special qualities are discussed in this paper.
