摘要
几种典型的合金添加(取代)元素对Nd-Fe-B永磁体的耐温特性有一定的改善作用,把原三元合金永磁体只能在80℃以下使用的范围扩大到200℃以内。设计者可根据不同使用要求相应选择耐温100℃、120℃、150℃、180℃、200℃的合金永磁体。
Some typical alloying elements (substitutional element) have a certain effect of improving the heat - resistance of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet, and make it possible to extend the application temperature range of the ternary permanent magnets from below 80℃ to 200 ℃ . According to different requirement of application, designers can choose different permanent magnets which can be used under 100, 120,150,180 or 200℃.
