摘要
对安钢发展过程中工程项目在实施阶段投资控制的各环节所采取的措施进行了阐述,并分析了措施的有效性,具有普遍借鉴意义。
In this paper, the author analyzes the policy aspect of investment control during the process of development in Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Group, and indicates efficiency and popularization of use for reference.
