本文介绍1Cr18Ni9双辊连铸薄带坯的质量及其冷轧制品的组织性能。由于冷却快,凝固时间短,组织致密,薄带坯具有较好的机械性能。且表面较光洁平整,可不经软化退火而直接冷轧。通过多次抛光可提高表面质量,减小第一轧程的变形量可减小厚度公差及消除表面裂纹。

This paper introduces quality of twin - roll continuous cast thin strip and structure -property of cold rolling strip, The microstructure is fine due to the rapid solidification. These thin strips have better mechanical properties. The surface of the strip is clear- bright flattening, which can be cold- rolled immediately without softening anneal. Through multicycle finishing, surface quality is improved. Decreasing strain rate of first roll can reduce tolerance of thickness and eliminate surface crack.
