以南海石化汽电联产项目中余热锅炉的应用为实例,介绍了余热锅炉的优化控制分析。根据燃机余热锅炉的具体特点,结合调试过程中遇到的多种控制技术问题,系统全面地阐述了整个余热锅炉装置的控制原理及方案。着重分析了余热锅炉的三个主要控制方面的要求和功能,提出了切实可行的控制策略,实现了其优化控制的最终目的。

The paper analyzes the optimized control of HRSG through the application in CSPC Power ＆ Steam project. Control principle and process of HRSG is introduced in detail according to its own features. The author represented the feasible control strategy bases on the problems met in practice. It centers on the three aspects of control principle and process, and the optimized control destination is realized successfully.
