摘要
行政事业单位国有资产占我国全部国有资产总量的近三分之一,提高该部分资产的使用效率是国有企业改革和行政事业单位改革的必然要求。对行政事业单位国有资产管理存在的问题进行了分析,提出了完善管理的对策。
State owned assets in public institutional units have accounted for one third of the total state owned assets. It is necessary to improve the operation efficiency of such assets in adapting to the reformation of state owned enterprises and public institutional units. In this paper, problems about state owned assets management in public institutional units are analyzed and relative improvements are put forward.
