摘要
在BaO/CaO重量比值为1/1~5/1的范围内,测定了锰铁合金脱磷剂BaO-CaO-(5%~15%)MnO2-(15%~20%)CaF2的熔点,结果表明:当CaF2含量为15%时,随熔剂中BaO/CaO比值增大,相应熔点降低,随MnO2%增大,熔点升高.当CaF2含量为20%时,在BaO/CaO重量比值为2/1~3/1的组成区域内,熔点突然升高.根据实验结果,推荐60%BaO-12%CaO-8%MnO2-20%CaF2为锰铁合金脱磷剂,该熔剂熔点低(~1250℃),BaO/CaO比值高(5/1).
The melting point of BaO -CaO- (5% ~ 15%)MnO2- (15% ~ 20%)CaF2 flux was measured in the range of BaO/CaO=1/1 ~ 5/1. The results show that when CaF2 content in flux is 15%, the melting point of this flux is decreased with the increase of ratio of BaO/CaO, it is increased with the increase of MnO2 content, and when CaF3 content is 20%, the melting point of the flux suddenly rises in the composition range of BaO/CaO= 2/1 ~3/1. According to the experimental results, using 60%BaO- 12%CaO - 8%MnO2-20%CaF2 flux as dephosphorialng reagent of the ferro -manganese was recommended.
