摘要
目的探讨胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠血管内皮功能变化及L-精氨酸(L-Arg)的保护作用。方法采用60%的高果糖喂养5周~6周龄的雄性Sprague-Dawley (SD)大鼠6周后造成胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠模型,观察血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素II(Ang-II)水平变化,以及给予L-精氨酸(L-Arg)干预后上述血清学指标的变化情况。结果胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠血清NO较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),血清ET、Ang-II则较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);同时给予L-精氨酸干预可以避免血清NO降低并且能够抑制血清ET、Ang-II的升高(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素抵抗时血管内皮功能受损而给予L-精氨酸(L-Arg)干预能够起到内皮保护作用。
Objective To discuss the endothelium function in insulin resistance hypertensive rats and the protection of L-arginine. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats aged 5-6 weeks were given with 60% high fructose-diet for 6 weeks to estabolish insulin resistance hypertensive rats model. The change of serum nitric oxide (NO),endothlin (ET) and angiotension Ⅱ (Ang-Ⅱ), and the prophylactic effect of L-arginine were observed . Results Serum NO was decreased and serum ET or Ang-Ⅱ was increased in insulin resistance hypertensive rats (P〈0.05) ,and after interference with the L-arginine the rats could be avoided . Conclusion High-fructose-feeding can result in endothelium dysfunction, decrease serum NO and increase ET and Ang-Ⅱ, and L-arginine can improve endothelium function.
