耐热机械处理后的Cu-25.66Zn-4.02Al(wt%)合金中α1贝氏体进行电镜观察,发现:α1贝氏体在位错割阶和缠结处形核并以择优取向生长;在长大的过程中,α1沿<111>β方向快速伸长并出现相互交割现象;接着沿堆垛层错的扩展方向增厚.
Some TEM observations of α1 plates were made in a thermomechanically treated Cu-25.66Zn-4.02Al(wt%) alloy. It was found that the α1 plates nucleate at dislocation jogs and tangles and form preferentially. During the α1 growth, α1 plates fast lengthen along < 111 >β directions and intersect each other, and then thicken in the direction of stacking - fault propagation.
