大鼠胚胎后肾移植的形态学研究

摘要 目的观察不同胚龄的大鼠后肾植入同种异体远交系成年宿主体内后的生长变化,探讨大鼠胚胎后肾移植的胚龄选择及血管起源。方法采用光、电镜技术观察胚龄16、20天的大鼠后肾植入同种异体远交系成年宿主体内后肾脏各部的发育情况;应用免疫组织化学的方法观察胚龄20天大鼠后肾内CD31+细胞的分布。结果离体后肾移植后可以生长和分化,产生成熟的肾小体;后肾移植后排斥反应强弱与胚龄有关;胚龄20天大鼠后肾内CD31+细胞分布在肾小球毛细血管内皮及部分皮质中的间质细胞。结论供体后肾肾小体出现之前是移植的最佳时间;后肾移植物内的毛细血管袢是由其自身的间质细胞分化而来的。 Objective To observe the development of embryonic metanephroi of different age from rat that transplanted into an adult allo- recipient. So to definitude embryonic age selection and vascular genesis in rat embryonic rnetanephroi transplantation. Methods Light and electron microscope technique were used to observe the development of different part ( especially of renal corpuscles) of embryonic metanephroi at embryonic day 16 and day 20 for rat after transplanted into an adult allo - host' omentum, Immuno - histoehemistry technique was used to observe the distribution of CD^31+ cells in embryonic day 20 rat' metanephroi. Results Growth and differentiation occurred and mature renal corpuscle emerged for seperated metanephroi by both histoeulture and transplantation. Rejection come forth still and is related with the embryonic's age. CD^31+ cells distributed at corpuscles' capillary endothelium and part of the interval cells in cortex for rat embryonicday 20 metanephroi. Conclusions It indicates that it's the best occasion for transplantation before glomerulus emerge and it is proved that renal corpuscles'capillary of implant differentiated from metanephroi's own interval cells.
