摘要 目的研究芹菜素对大鼠生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法应用percoll不连续密度梯度分离培养大鼠睾丸生精细胞,应用流式细胞术观察芹菜素对生精细胞凋亡的影响。结果芹菜素作用于大鼠生精细胞,FCM分析显示芹菜素能促进生精细胞凋亡,并呈剂量依赖方式。结论芹菜素能呈剂量依赖式促进睾丸生精细胞凋亡。 Objective To investigate the apoptosis effects of apigenin ( certain phytoestrogens) on the spermatogenic cells of rats. Methods Using the technique of Percoll discontinuous density gradients centrifugation, the higher purity of spermatogenic cells were primary cultured. The different concentrations of apigenin were used on spermatogenic cells to observe the apoptosis of sperematogenic cells by using the technigue of flowcytometry. Results It was indicated that apigenin promoted the apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cells in dose-dependence. Conclusions Apigenin could inhibit the reproduction of spermatogenic cells and promoted their apoptosis.
