弱化宗族势力 稳步推行村民自治的对策研究——以瑶族社区为例

Research on Reducing Clan Force in Minority Areas and Steadily Promoting Villagers' Autonomy——The Case of Yao Community

瑶族宗族势力在从传统向现代转变的过程中,呈现出隐含性、持续性、变形性等特点,在瑶族社区现实生活中仍然发挥作用,这必然与推行村民自治制度有一定冲突,致使在瑶族社区实施村民自治难见成效。然而真正导致这样结果的原因不同于前人在汉族社区研究的结论,而和文化多元性有关。因而在瑶族社区真正实现村民自治,是一个稳步渐进过程,关键是诱导瑶族传统文化朝有利于吸纳村民自治的方向发展,弱化宗族势力。

In the changing course from tradition to modem times, the clan force of Yao community has characteristics as recessiveness, continuity and transmogrification, which still exert function in the real life of Yao community. This surely has some clashes with the promoting of villagers＇ autonomy system, and leads to its ill effectiveness in Yao community. However, the real reason to produce this result is not accorded with the conclusion made by the predecessors in the study of Han community but is related with the diversity of culture. So, the true realization of autonomy in Yao community is a steady and gradual process, and the key poing is how to guide Yao traditional culture to the development direction of villagers＇ autonomy and the reducticn of clan force.
