高锰酸钾预处理技术的地表水除锰效果试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对某市河段水源水进行了大量的混凝搅拌试验,证实高锰酸钾预氧化可以将地表水中的锰在混凝沉淀阶段很有效地去除,从而可以避免滤池除锰造成滤料发黑和滤头堵塞.同时,试验对高锰酸钾投加量、pH值、预氧化时间、混凝剂投加量、源水锰含量、源水有机物浓度对除锰效果的影响进行了研究,确定了该市河段水源水除锰效果最佳时的高锰酸钾投加量、预氧化时间、pH值和混凝剂投加量. It has been proved that potassium permanganate (KMnO,) preoxidation can effectively remove manganese of surface water during coagulation and sedimentation through a lot of coagulation jar tests on certain city source water, as can greatly avoid manganese making filtration material black and filter blocked. Meanwhile, the impact on manganese removal effect is also studied during the test, which is caused by different dose of potassium permanganate, pH value) preoxidation time, dose of coagulant, manganese quantity of source water and organism concentration of source water. Finally several items for getting the best manganese removal effect of the source water are confirmed, including dose of potassium permanganate, pH value, prcoxidation time, dose of coagulant etc.
