摘要
凸轮机构控制巨型液压机分配阀芯时,在不同的升程阶段对凸轮理论工作曲线压力角有不同的要求。基于对凸轮机构工作特征和受力特征的分析,从升程、转动行程、曲线形状、压力角等方面提出了凸轮工作曲线的设计方法,建立了满足工作要求的压力角数学模型。
During different lift range phases when a cam controls the distribution spool of a giant hydraulic press, the eam's requirement for the pressure angle of its theoretical working profile is different. After analyzing these characteristics of its working and loading, we put forward the design method of cam's profile on the basis of the cam's lift range, rotational range, profile shape and pressure angle and establish the mathematical model of the pressure angle that meets its working requirement.
