摘要
传统的光弹性方法只能得到应力等差线和等倾线图,全息光弹性可以能得到应力等和线,但实验光路复杂,需要两次曝光,实验周期长,还需要暗室显定影处理,条纹不易得到,难以实现数字化。本文应用相移电子散斑干涉法与全息光弹相结合的混合方法获得了数字化的透明聚乙烯材料的等和线。测试得到聚乙烯材料的I型应力强度因子KI,实验结果与理论结果吻合良好。这一方法具有全场显示,非接触,高灵敏度,不用显定影等一系列特点。为研究透明高分子材料的力学性能和断裂特性,提供了一种有效的实验方法。
The traditional holographic photoelastie method and holographic photoelastieity have some shortcomings. Therefore, we apply a method that combines the phase-shift electronic speckle pattern interference with holographic photoelastieity to obtaining the stress intensity factor of the digitalized transparent polyethylene material. The experimental results of the method agree well with its theoretical results. It also serves as an effective method for studying the mechanical performance and fracture properties of transparent maeromoleeule materials.
