摘要
提出离散制造企业车间在制品跟踪管理方法;对在制品进行类别的详细划分和状态定义;确定在复杂的工艺规程、多变的加工状态及并行的组合件装配环境下的车间在制品跟踪管理所需的信息及集成方式;建立车间在制品跟踪管理与制造执行系统的规范化的接口机制;实现了车间在制品跟踪管理在制品核心处理流程与数据库设计;并结合实际应用验证了其合理性与实用性。
We present a method for track-managing the work-in-process (WIP) in the workshop of a manufacturing enterprise. The WIP is sorted out and its status is defined. Facing complex process plans, changeable processing statuses and parallel assembling conditions, we determine the information required for the track management of WIP and its integration method. Furthermore, we establish a standard interface mechanism between WIP track management and manufacturing execution system (MES), thus achieving the core processing flow and database design of WIP track management. Its application to an enterprise verifies its reasonableness and practicality.
