摘要
以齿轮箱为主要研究对象,探讨了基于分形理论的复杂机械系统故障状态的诊断和预测问题.齿轮箱的轴承振动信号具有统计意义上的自相似性,因此,可用分形的特征值来表征齿轮箱的运动状态.应用G-P算法求取关联维数作为分形的特征值,给出了某型号坦克齿轮箱典型故障的诊断实例.
The fault diagnosis and predicttion of complicated mechanical systems are researehed by using the fractal theory through a study on gearbox. Since the output signal of a chaotic vibrating gearbox is fractal, the eigenvalues of its fractal can be used to characterize the state of that gearbox. The correlation dimension which is tahen as the eigenvalue is computed according to G-P algorithm. A case of typical fault diagnosis of a certain tank-gearbox is presented.
