Prospect of the Permanent System of the Party Congress: From the Perspective of Democracy

韦伯认为人是社会存在物,是理性存在与非理性存在的统一,是目的理性和价值理性的载体。在此人性论基础上,韦伯诠释了人与社会之间的互动性。这种互动性体现在:人是社会行动的主体,人通过价值观念和社会行动影响社会;社会是人存在的“场”,社会通过秩序影响人的价值观念和自由。文章认为韦伯的观点既有合理之处,也有不合理之处。

From the perspective of the development of democracy, the article puts forward viewpoints and makes prospect as follows: first, the permanent system of the Party Congress will inevitably promote the development of democracy within the Party; second, the permanent system of the Party Congress will make contributions to the political restructuring in China; third, the permanent system of the Party Congress is ultimately beneficial to strengthen the Party's ruling legitimacy.
