摘要
针对应用变频调节的空压机气阀工作状况可能产生的问题,对空压机在低频运行时的气阀进行工作特性的数学分析与模拟,确定了使压缩机气阀正常工作及不发生延迟关闭的频率下限,对变频调节压缩机频率范围选择有一定参考作用。
In view of the possible problem of frequency conversion adjustment air compressor air valve working condition, this article carries on the mathematical analysis and the simulation to air valve when low frequency working, the lower frequency limit causes the compressor air valve normal work and does not have the detention closure had been determined. It has certain reference function to frequency range selection of the frequency conversion adjustment compressor.
