概括了现阶段医疗供方道德风险的主要表现形式,对医疗供方面临道德风险的原因进行了综合分析,并从体制改革、政府监管、法规建设、规范服务行为、医德教育、分配制度、激励机制等方面探讨了防范道德风险的对策。
The article briefly summarizes the manifestation of the moral risks of medical service providers in current conditions, and analyzes the possible reasons for the concerned risks. Some available suggestions on the prevention of the risks are also discussed from the perspectives such as system reforms, governmental supervision and management, construction of relevant laws and regulations, standardization of medical service, education of medical ethics, establishment of distribution system and inspiring mechanism, etc.
