摘要
从医患纠纷的成因角度出发,探讨医患纠纷的预防、处理对策,通过健全医疗法规、医务人员自律与情商培养、医患间有效沟通,以促使医患关系处于良好的状态,从而推进医疗卫生事业健康的发展。
Based on the causes of its formation, this article discusses the prevention, management strategies of medical disputes, so as to maintain a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and to promote the development of public health and medical treatment.
