摘要 主体性德育是一种强调学生主体性的新的德育理念,这一理念启发医德教育者,在工作中应转变观念,充分认识学生主体性在医德教育中的作用,通过一系列教学改革来激发和引导学生的主体性:在医德功能方面,不仅强调其社会功能,还要强调其满足个体发展需求的功能;在医德认知水平方面,不仅强调学生对既有医德知识的理解和接受,更要强化学生医德认识能力的培养;在医德教育模式方面,摒弃单一认识教育模式,倡导体验与认知相结合的教育模式。学生主体性的正确发挥对于提高医德教育效能,顺利实现医德教育目标起着至为关键的作用。 Moral Education for Learners' Subjectivity is a new concept which emphasizes students' subjectivity in the moral education. Adoption of this concept inspires educators of medical ethics to break away the outdated traditional thinking style and leads to an educational reform: from the angle of the educational function of medical ethics, educators should not only emphasize its social functions, but the learners'individual ones; from the angle of the cognition of medical ethics, educators should not only emphasize students' understanding and accepting the literal knowledge, but their ability in the practical application; from the angle of the educational mode of medical ethics, educators should shift from the previous mode of cognitive education to a new one which combines cognitive and practical education. The proper elaboration of students' subjectivity plays an important role in improving the efficacy of the medical ethics education and smoothly achieving our educational aim.
