摘要
按年级分为3组,随机发放问卷100份,共设置5大类16个问题并随机排列,了解学生的职业兴趣、理想、职业道德情感、道德境界、意志、基本理论认知,以及对医学伦理学教学基本要求与评价的基本状况。收回有效问卷98份。分析表明,部分医学生的职业目标定位和职业道德境界、意志存在明显反差;部分医学生的伦理知识储备与未来本职工作的道德实践要求存在差距;医学伦理学课程教学的实效性和课程担负的医德思想教育的主阵地要求不相适应。
A questionnaire is designed for the undergraduates in our university to evaluate the following six aspects : their orientation of career goal, their level of professionalism, their level of moral volition, their cognition of basic theory, and their expectation and evaluation of the medical ethics course. Analysis of the questionnaire comes up with the following conclusions. There are dramatic distinctions among undergraduates in terms of orientation of career goal and the hor their future career. Moreover, the actual effect of the medical ethics course is still far from the expectation.
