涉外高校医院护患矛盾及其护理伦理策略

Nursing Ethics for Campus Hospitals of Higher Educational Institutes Concerning Foreign Affairs

随着中国改革开放政策的实行,越来越多的外籍学生在中国高校学习。通过分析涉外高校医院中护患矛盾产生的原因,探讨护理伦理的要求,从而提出高校护理人员应采取的伦理措施。

With the implementation of reform and opening up policy, an increasing number of international students come to China for further study. Due to their unique characteristics, certain problems also emerge during the process of medical treatment among international students. In this paper, the causes of the contradiction between nurses and international patients in the hospitals of higher educational institutes concerning foreign affairs are analyzed, the requirements for nursing ethics discussed, and some specific measures also put forward in order to improve the nursing service of campus hospitals of higher educational institutes concerning foreign affairs.
