摘要
指出了我国性别比失调的严重现状,分析提出了传统生育观念和对生育行为管理上的漏洞是其产生的原因,阐述了我国目前用法律手段调整性别比的现行规定和发展历程,探讨目前存在的问题并提出了相应建议。
This paper indicated the serious misadjusted situation of sex ratio in China, and analyzed the reason. It pointed out that the main reason was traditional concept of procreation and the loophole of concerned regulations. It discussed the necessity of using law and regulation to regulate and its development in China. Based on these, it offered suggestions aiming at the problems existing in concerned law and regulation.
