摘要
针对目前社会发展对高素质人才的要求及医学人文教育的现状,提出培养医学生的人文精神应从三方面着手,即融人文精神于教学各环节、提高教师队伍的人文素养,融人文精神于实践活动。
Based on the request for high quality talents of social development and the status quo of medical humanistic education, this article comes up with the conclusion that cultivation of humanistic spirit for medical students should he conducted from the following aspects. Firstly, humanistic spirit should he included in every link of the teaching course. Secondly, humanistic quality of the teaching staff should be strengthened. Last but not least, humanistic spirit should also be applied to the practice.
