THE COMPARISON OF METAL MINERAL RESOURCES BETWEEN XINJIANG AND COUNTRIES TO THE NORTHEAST OF IT

新疆在国内虽为资源大省,但有些矿种资源并不丰富.而与新疆北部和东北部毗邻的俄罗斯的山区阿尔泰地区和蒙古国金属矿产资源十分丰富,这正好填补了新疆资源的不足.加之新疆与这一地区接壤,无论从资源互补性还是从地理位置上讲,新疆实施“走出去”利用境外资源,这一地区都应得到充分重视.

Although Xinjiang is rich in various resources, some mineral resources are still limited here. While in the Altai region of Russia and Mongolia neighboring to the northeast of Xinjiang, there are abundand mental mineral resources that can fill up the lackness of those in Xinjiang. Xinjiang is now carrying out the tactic of going abroad and using foreign resources. So this area should be sufficiently recognized no matter in the aspect of complementarity or geographical location.
