摘要
阐述了金川有色公司二矿区大面积下向机采盘区细砂充填中利用废料充填的意义,废料堆放原则和采取的技术措施。为了使该工艺参数更科学合理,在八区六分层六号进路埋设了差动式电阻应变计和应力计,观测回采过程中应力变化。对观测资料的分析、计算和对数十条进路顶板、侧邦充填体的实际观察表明,水泥砂浆—废石充填工艺技术可行,能确保下向机采进路安全回采,社会效益和经济效益显著。
This paper describes the importance of using underground waste as filling material, the principle of waste laying and the technical measures for a large scale mechanized horizontal drift underground cut. In order to obtain more scientific and reasonble process parameters, Carlson miniature strain meters and stress meters are embeded in the cemented fill in layer № 6 of district № 8 to observe changes in stress during mining.Based on the measured data and the actual results from observation of the behaviour of the roof and rib of the fill stopes, it is shown that the cemented sand mortar waste mining is technically feasible and can ensure safty in operation.
