摘要
采用超声波法从紫花地丁中提取黄酮类化合物,通过正交实验研究了最佳提取条件,并建立了紫花地丁中黄酮的光谱分析方法.本法的回收率为102%~103%,相对标准偏差小于0.081%.方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,而且操作简便易行.
The ultrasonic method was used for extracting flavonoids of Viola yedoensis Makino. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained by the orthogonal design test and the flavonoids were determined by specyrometric method. The results show that the recovery is 102% - 103% and the coefficient of variation is 0.081%.
