摘要
从目前控规的现状及存在的问题入手,在借鉴国外的先进经验基础上就如何提高控规的理论水平,提高控规的覆盖面及管理方面提出了一些建议.
The paper starts with current status and existed problems, bases on the reference of the overseas advanced experiences, bring forwards some suggestions on how to improve theoretic level of controllable detailed layout and how to improve controllable detailed layout scope.
