摘要
针对窑法磷酸工艺中球团内碳还原剂烧损,致使P2O5收率降低问题进行了研究,分析了球团内碳还原剂的烧损过程。试验结果表明,采用球团外包保护层,可防止球团内碳还原剂烧损,提高P2O5的收率,球团中磷的还原率达到817%。
Burning loss of carbon reductant in pellets during rotary kiln preparation of phosphoric acid resulted to a reduction in P 2O 5 recovery. This paper analysed the process of burning loss and studied the method capable of increasing P 2O 5 recovery by coating pellets to avoid the burning loss of carbon in pellets.
