摘要
对离心雾化机理进行了较深入的分析。认为剪裂效应是熔体被雾化的根本原因。雾化与快凝的效果主要取决于圆盘的转速,而传统的机械传动与支承的装置转速有限。一种新的水压传动与流体动压支承的雾化装置的转速每分钟可达数万转,从而提高雾化与快凝技术的效果。
The mechanism of Cenfrifugal atomizing has been analysed. Shear fracturing effect is attributed to the fact that melt is atomized. The authors described a new type of centrifugal atomizer. The atomizer has a rotational speed of several ten thousand rpm due to its application of hydraulic driving and hydrodynamic bearing techniques, resulting in a great breakthrough in atomizing and rapid aggregation techniques.
