摘要
随着全球化和城市化的进程,我国城市面临越来越多的突发卫生事件威胁,2003年席卷全国的SARS和至今仍绵延不断的禽流感疫情说明了这种严重局面。国内许多专家认为突发公共卫生事件的预防控制需要重视风险管理和危机管理,同时必须重视和发掘科学技术在突发公共卫生事件应对中的巨大作用。本文从系统论角度分析突发公共卫生事件的形成机制,探讨和设计了突发公共卫生事件科研管理策略,期望对今后突发卫生事件科研管理提供参考依据。
With the further development of urbanization and Globalization , city will face with more and more emergency public health accident in China. Management of risk and crisis has posed great influence on the decision - making when accident happened. Moreover, people should pay more attention to science and technology in order to deal with public health accident. After a system analysis on the development mechanism of emergency public health accidents, the paper put forward the strategy of scientific research management in emergency public health accidents.
